Europa Motorglider Wing gets LAA Approval
Europa Aircraft are pleased to announce that the Europa Motorglider has passed the LAA wing load test.
Recently, Europa has been performing load testing to prove they meet UK structural test strength requirements, supervised by LAA.
Following reinforcements to the wing spars, the modified wings successfully passed the load tests, carried out at elevated temperature within a large temporary oven devised by Europa for the purpose to simulate worse case consequences of high environmental temperature.
